CBR Center restrains discrimination between boys & girls. The girls, to the extent of their abilities, are provided the same basic education, health care, rehabilitation and occupational opportunities to make them self-reliant and pro-active members within their family circle and wider community.

An integral component of our CBR Program is promoting and empowering the care takers (mothers, sisters, grandmothers and other women relatives) of children with disabilities through awareness seminars, training workshops, home visits, family counseling, formal & informal meetings of parents and an annual get-together program. Gender equality is respected in the balance of our staff & volunteers.
